A product may be returned at any time up to 14 calendar days from the day the product is delivered, subject to an administrative fee of S$30 or 3% of the value of the product (whichever is higher).
You may only return the product if it is defective or damaged. As such, Hitachi will arrange for a new delivery to exchange. Once the proof of delivery has been signed, you cannot return the product under Change of Mind.
You may return the order (or items) for any of the following reasons: •Product does not match the website specifications or description. •Wrong item/ model/ color from the order was delivered.

All returned products must be in its original packaging, un-used and in a re-saleable condition. For Bundled Items, all items in the bundle must be returned in order for the return to be processed.
We shall be at liberty to refuse a return in the event that the product is unpacked, damaged and or used.

Alternatively you may request that we collect the product from you in which case an additional transportation fee shall apply.

When a Return Request has been accepted, we will make a refund of your payment (less an administrative fee if applicable) within 30 days.
